Manage end-to-end Payment System or Banking System projects.
Control project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
Coordinate with Business, IT, Operations, vendors, and external partners.
Identify project risks/issues and propose mitigation plans.
Support SIT/UAT activities, go-live preparation, and post-implementation support.
Ensure deliverables align with banking standards, compliance, and security policies.
Ensure projects follow IT governance and security standards.

5–10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Strong experience in Payment Systems or Banking Systems projects.
Understanding of payment processes such as Funds Transfer, Remittance, Bill Payment, Clearing & Settlement, etc.
Knowledge of banking IT architecture, APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodology.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in banking or financial industry is preferred.
Experience working with vendors or regional projects is an advantage.
