- Manage end-to-end Payment System or Banking System projects.
- Control project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
- Coordinate with Business, IT, Operations, vendors, and external partners.
- Identify project risks/issues and propose mitigation plans.
- Support SIT/UAT activities, go-live preparation, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure deliverables align with banking standards, compliance, and security policies.
- Ensure projects follow IT governance and security standards.
คุณสมบัติ
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Strong experience in Payment Systems or Banking Systems projects.
- Understanding of payment processes such as Funds Transfer, Remittance, Bill Payment, Clearing & Settlement, etc.
- Knowledge of banking IT architecture, APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
- Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodology.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in banking or financial industry is preferred.
- Experience working with vendors or regional projects is an advantage.
