Join ISM, Thailand’s #1 IT contract staffing and IT recruitment agency for over 30 years. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to identify and develop new clients, primarily for our IT outsourcing services (contract staffing) and also for permanent IT staff recruitment (mid- to senior-level positions). You will work directly with senior executives and decision-makers in HR, IT, and Procurement, convincing them to engage ISM as a source for IT resources.

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Research potential new clients via online industry groups, BOI approvals, news stories, vendor announcements, and other information sources to identify upcoming IT projects in large enterprises across Thailand.
  • Represent ISM in outside activities, such as Chambers of Commerce, Thai business groups, and IT industry gatherings.
  • Collaborate closely with ISM Researchers, Recruiters, and Telesales Executive to identify prospects, including referrals from affiliates of existing ISM clients.
  • Build connections with IT vendors (hardware/software providers, system integrators, consulting firms, etc.) to identify staffing opportunities for new projects.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Meet prospective and existing clients – both in-person and online – to present ISM’s services.
  • Secure generic Terms & Conditions to enable ISM to submit candidate profiles.
  • Gather requirements and facilitate introductions between recruiters and hiring managers or HR representatives.
  • Negotiate terms of Master Service Agreements in coordination with ISM’s senior management.
  • Follow-up and maintain ongoing communication with client; identify any issuse affecting client satisfaction.

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management – preferably in IT staffing or a related industry.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to engage senior-level executives.
  • Knowledge of the Thai IT market and enterprise business landscape.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
