Job description
- Lead complex projects end to end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget, while mentoring junior PMs.
- Validate business requirements, solution designs, system dependencies, and integrations.
- Establish project standards and provide executive updates on progress, risks, issues, and escalations.
- Coach project teams and foster collaboration across Business, IT, and Digital.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies.
- Oversee resource planning, FTE allocation, vendor utilization, and project financials (Opex/Capex).
- Lead RFPs, vendor selection, contract governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12–15+ years of project/program delivery experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven expertise in leading complex transformation programs, managing cross-functional teams and vendors, and aligning business and IT.
