Job description
- Manage projects end to end, from engagement through delivery.
- Define business requirements, project scope, objectives, expected benefits, technical solutions, impacted applications, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans and monitor progress against timelines, scope, and budget.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Lead RFP processes and vendor selection as required.
- Coordinate resources, prioritize project phases, and ensure IT resource availability.
- Monitor project financials, forecasts, and budget performance.
- Standardize project management practices, principles, and templates.
- Provide regular project status updates and escalate key issues to department leadership.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Business, IT, Digital teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with strong knowledge of banking products.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project management processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Collaborative, positive, and proactive mindset.
