Job description
- We are seeking a talented Tableau Dashboard Designer and Developer to join our team. This role involves both the design and development of dashboards to support business decision-making. The successful candidate will enhance existing dashboards and build new visualizations for the DAC system, based on data from the Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards aligned with business requirements.
- Enhance and maintain existing dashboard solutions.
- Collaborate with data teams to build effective data models for Tableau reporting.
- Deliver clear, actionable data visualizations that support business users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing Tableau dashboards.
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles for Tableau.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear, business-friendly visualizations.
- Experience with DAC and/or CDP systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
