Job description
- Oversee the design, development, maintenance, monitoring, and support of Windows infrastructure servers, directory services, and associated tools.
- Manage and resolve incidents by diagnosing issues, executing action plans, and implementing corrective measures.
- Ensure the security and integrity of Windows servers by addressing obsolescence, applying patches, managing antivirus protection and permissions, and performing system hardening.
- Handle security and vulnerability issues within the defined scope to maintain a robust server environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server management.
- Experience in managing Active Directory domains.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID integration.
- Extensive hands-on experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
