Job description
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FICO) solutions.
- Ensure system stability, performance, governance, upgrades, and effective vendor management.
- Drive seamless integration across SAP modules and enterprise systems to support end-to-end business processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the SAP team while ensuring high-quality project delivery and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Optimize financial processes through automation, standardization, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP S/4HANA FI/CO certification is highly preferred. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations, with one or more on SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP FICO, including Product Costing, Material Ledger, COPA, SAP configuration, testing, and extensibility technologies (SAP BTP, CDS Views, WRICEF). Experience with SAP integration technologies is required. Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project outcomes.
