Job description
- Lead workshops with business management team to establish the target solution and driving the end-to-end implementation of applications.
- Lead project implementation until operational support.
- Coordinate project management and related governance along with all head of departments.
- Work closely with internal IT teams, including business analysts, IT experts, development leads, IT architects, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters / University degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Strong knowledge and experience in both retail and corporate banking processes.
- Expertise in the end-to-end implementation of digital applications, specifically focusing on the digitalization of customer relationship management and customer data processes.
- Basic knowledge in SQL and comfortable working with complex database structures and schemas.
- Regional exposure and experience.
