Lead workshops with business management team to establish the target solution and driving the end-to-end implementation of applications.
Lead project implementation until operational support.
Coordinate project management and related governance along with all head of departments.
Work closely with internal IT teams, including business analysts, IT experts, development leads, IT architects, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters / University degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience required.
Strong knowledge and experience in both retail and corporate banking processes.
Expertise in the end-to-end implementation of digital applications, specifically focusing on the digitalization of customer relationship management and customer data processes.
Basic knowledge in SQL and comfortable working with complex database structures and schemas.
