Job description
- Provide Level 2 support for business applications, including incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Define deployment procedures and automate routine/repetitive tasks.
- Configure and deploy application releases on Linux/OpenShift environments.
- Manage BMC Control-M jobs (training will be provided).
- Migrate applications and install/patch Oracle WebLogic Server.
- Perform basic database tasks, including restarts and running queries.
- Participate in on-call support rotation (nights/weekends).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Linux (Red Hat) environments.
- Hands-on experience with at least one application server: JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, or OpenShift.
- Experience with Zabbix Monitoring and BMC Control-M is a plus.
