Job description
- Manage user access, provisioning, and license allocation.
- Monitor platform health and handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
- Track platform costs, usage, and license utilization.
- Coordinate user training and provide platform support.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor platform usage and costs.
- Maintain operational documentation and automate reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Service Management, or FinOps.
- Knowledge of access management (IAM), incident management, and license management.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
- Power BI or Excel skills for reporting and cost monitoring are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
