Job description
- Maintain AI inventory, risk registers, and application records.
- Track AI governance approvals, risk assessments, compliance reviews, and control requirements.
- Maintain SharePoint sites, governance documents, and project records.
- Coordinate governance meetings, follow up on action items, and monitor deadlines.
- Coordinate project timelines, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Support internal and external audits, track findings, and follow up on remediation actions.
- Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Support AI governance processes, including AI risk classification, model documentation, and compliance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in PMO, IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, or Business Analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of AI governance, data privacy, IT risk management, or regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Strong coordination, documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
