Responsibilities: 
  • Leadership for all aspects of Project and Portfolio Management (including project / program / portfolio execution, project methodology and governance, project financials, project and portfolio reporting and project management direction and quality).
  • Leadership of the Demand Management / Project Portfolio Management team in the development, monitoring and reporting of a IT portfolio tied to strategic objectives and aligned with our annual budgeting process.
  • Regularly reports to all key IT, PMO and business stakeholders on all projects within the portfolio; including portfolio health and individual project health reviews.
  • Ensures project requirements are achieved in a high quality and timely fashion within budget.
  • Demonstrates leadership, collaboration, critical thinking, and teamwork in addressing decisions and resolving issues.
  • Effectively communicates and manages project expectations to project managers, sponsors, team members, executive management, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion.
Qualifications: 
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible demand management or IT project management experience within a multinational corporate environment.
  • Experience working with Senior Business Leaders and Technology Leaders to drive IT initiatives and projects.
  • Experience with managing multinational system implementations and business support solutions.
  • Proven quality focus in providing customer driven-products, services and solutions.
