Responsibilities:
- Write business process, system and data flows, analyze processes and recommends improvements.
- Gather and analyze requirements and translate into functional requirements documents as needed such as process flows and wireframes.
- Assess ongoing and repetitive issues and recommend for future system or process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce future problems.
- Participate in change request process and escalate changes for approval, if necessary.
- Facilitate short feedback cycles to learn more about user needs and adjust accordingly.
- Assist QA for testing activities, clarifying acceptance criteria and use cases as needed to meet team goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any areas (IT is a plus).
- At least 2 years’ experience in business analyst in IT related field.
- Good understanding in Agile Frameworks.
- Good Communication skill, Analytical and Problem Solving skills and Technical Awareness of the project.
- Certification in ECBA, CCBA or other Business Analysis certification is a plus.
- Experience in Insurance sector is preferred.
