Job description
- Oversee and manage the overall program scope, schedule, cost, business, resources, stakeholders (both business and IT), management, working teams, risks, and issues.
- Driving transformation and change management from traditional development life cycles to agile methodologies requires a strategic and systematic approach, from a heavily customized core to business process redesign around a common core, and from manual human control to rules-based straight-through processing (STP) and exception handling by the system.
- Coordinating with the Project Management Office (PMO) and external System Integrator (SI) to develop program charter, program management plan, standard processes, procedures, templates, and guidelines, as well as setting up tools to manage and deliver the program requires collaborative effort and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 8+ years proven project management experience in banking industry.
- Strong understanding of Software delivery project, Project Management, Agile or SCRUM methodologies, PMP certificated is a plus.
- Experience in Vendor and Contract management.
- Experience with online project management tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
