Responsibilities: 
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying, logging and tracking solutions to resolve system issues, including account setup and hardware configuration.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues, seeing problems through to resolution and communicating the resolution to the customer.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Qualifications: 
  • 5+ work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer,
  • IT Help Desk Technician or similar role is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux.
  • Good understanding of computer systems and quality assurance.
  • Some capability to code in Java, JavaScript, C# or similar.
