ISM works on a contingency basis, which means that we only charge a fee if someone is placed in a job and actually starts working. Our fees for staff placements are based on a percentage of the annual compensation at which the candidate is hired. The percentage ranges from 16% to 20%, depending on the job description and compensation.

For IT sales positions which have a large variable (commission) component to the compensation package, the fee is based on the on-target-earnings (OTE) for that position.

For fixed-term contractors, we quote a specific rate for each contractor's services when we send you his or her resume for review.
