An entrepreneur, Peter operated several successful businesses in New York before starting a career there as a software developer and systems consultant in the early 1980s. While on a consulting assignment, he became aware of Southeast Asia's rapidly growing computer industry and moved to Bangkok, where he established ISM in 1991.
Peter has been an active member of the local business community, most notably through the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand where he has served in various roles over the years, including as chairman of the Information and Communications Technology committee and as a member of the Chamber’s Board of Governors. He currently represents AmCham to the ICT Committee of the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce, and has actively participated in efforts to lobby the Thai government on issues such as overly restrictive work permit and visa controls, modification to the labor law, and also on telecommunications deregulation, contributing to the drafting of Chamber position papers on these and other topics. Peter is a frequently-quoted source in local and regional newspapers and web sites on the topic of Thailand’s IT competitiveness, and on general issues relating to Thailand’s IT labor market.

After returning to Thailand following her graduate studies and subsequent practical training in the US, Nongluck worked as a Project Leader on the multi-vendor effort to computerize Thailand’s Revenue Department. She joined ISM in 1994 as a recruiter, and soon became the Recruiting Department Manager leading a dedicated team of professionals in the evaluation and selection of hundreds of IT job candidates on behalf of ISM's large base of corporate clients.
In 2003 she took on the additional role of General Manager, with responsibility for managing ISM’s client relationships, as well as participating in all decisions related to ISM’s internal staffing and company policies.
On a day-to-day basis, Nongluck helps ensure that ISM maintains the highest internal quality control standards for selection and evaluation of candidates. She also regularly gives personalized career advice to Thailand’s most senior technical and business management professionals.

Shane left Australia over 25 years ago and since then has lived in England, Norway, and Russia, and now resides in Thailand. During this time he has worked for a number of organizations in the IT sector including several major software, hardware and consulting companies. He most recently spent 7 years with KPMG before arriving in Thailand. Shane joined ISM in 2003, and has played an integral part in the company's continued growth.
In addition to maintaining and managing the company’s database of non-Thai candidates, Shane’s responsibilities include the development and implementation of procedures to enhance ISM’s core business of recruiting and placing IT contractors and permanent staff. He works closely with the recruiting department on maintaining quality control, and also provides support as a technical author. He has handled assignments to help companies define their resource needs to utilize Information Technology more effectively.
In 2008, Shane served as President of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and was a major force in developing and enhancing the Chamber’s publications (the monthly magazine and the membership directory) as well as its electronic media and communications (website, e-briefs, and webinars).
