works on a contingency basis, which means that we only charge
a fee if someone is placed in a job and actually
starts working. Our fees for staff placements are based on a percentage
of the annual compensation at which the candidate is hired. The
percentage ranges from 15% to 20%, depending on the job description.
For
IT sales positions which have a large variable (commission) component
to the compensation package,
we first multiply the base salary portion by an amount which reflects
a conservative estimate of what the employee's actual earnings
are expected to be.
For fixed-term contractors, we quote a specific rate for each
contractor's services when we send you his or her resume
for review.
